Before opening a ticket

• Delivery timing Automatic deliveries follow the instructions shown with the item. Staff-delivered materials are usually delivered within 24 hours.
• Question before buying Tell us which game and item you’re looking at. We can explain what’s included, but an item’s contents can’t be changed.
• Useful evidence If something went wrong, a screenshot and approximate time can help us trace it.
